- All customers who activate Pay As You Go services from 1st February will be on the WePay tariff. WePay is also available to existing Pay As You Go customers who wish to transfer to the WePay tariff.
- To be entitled to cash credits for incoming calls and texts you must activate an eligible Cash Top-up (Bundle Top-ups and Add-ons are not eligible).
- Only incoming calls and texts during the first 30 days from Cash Top-up activation will qualify for the reward if you are in credit.
- New customers who have purchased a handset with a built in 60 day expiry Starter Top-up will be eligible for cash credits from incoming calls and texts during the first 60 days from activation of the handset.
- Certain incoming calls and texts are excluded. Exclusions include video calls messages sent from websites calls from 3 customer service and operation centres and text messages from non-UK customers overseas. Incoming cash credits may be delayed whilst you are roaming abroad with your handset or you are using your phone outside the 3G coverage area.
- Subject to the other conditions a cash credit will be credited to your account for each whole minute. Calls are rounded down to the nearest minute. You can see the credits you are accumulating each day. The reward balance will be updated within 24 hours.
- Once you have accumulated cash credits within the 30 day period you will have 30 days to claim them. To claim cash credit simply activate another eligible Cash Top-up. Once activated the cash credit will be used up first and if not used will expire after 30 days.
The cash credit will be capped up to the value of the Cash Top-up activated (eg if you purchased a £20 Cash Top-up you cannot receive more than £20 in cash credits against that Cash Top-up).
