1) How secure is your website?
We realise that the Internet is based on trust so we take security very seriously. Your credit/debit card details are sent to our payment service provider 'Protx' over an SSL encrypted connection. You will notice that when you get to the screen where you are prompted for your card details, there is a padlock symbol in the bottom right-hand corner (in Internet Explorer 7 the padlock appears to the right of the web address). This signifies the SSL encrypted connection. Your card is then debited by ‘Streamline’ (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group).
2) How can I pay for goods?
You can pay for goods by a number of methods, a credit or debit card, by cheque, in a Royal Bank Of Scotland branch, by bank transfer or bank deposits.
3) What cards do you accept?
We accept the following cards: Visa Delta, Visa, Maestro/Switch, MasterCard, Solo and Visa Electron & American Express
4) Which destinations do you dispatch to?
We only sell to the market. Unfortunately we do not ship to any other EU countries. Nor do we ship to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands .
5) How much is your delivery charge?
Our ‘per order’ delivery charge is as follows:
- Royal Mail First Class Delivery £2.50
– Royal Mail Recoded Delivery £3.99
– Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day £5.95
– Courier Guaranteed Next Day Delivery £9.95
UK- Courier by 9.30am Next Day Delivery £24.95
Therefore, you can order as many products as you want and you still only pay the one charge!
6) When will my goods be dispatched?
Goods are normally dispatched the very next working day (via Royal Mail's First Class Service). However, please allow up to 1-2 working days for dispatch.
If you are not in when an attempt is made to deliver your goods, a calling card will be left and you can pick your item(s) up from the local sorting office.
7) Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT at 15%. A VAT receipt will be sent with your order.
8) What is your returns policy?
We have a full returns policy which can be viewed in the terms section on the website
However, if you encounter an issue with any of our products please call us first as some problems can be easily rectified without the need to return the product.
